Current email process

Five steps to delete your account

1. 1

   Email your deletion request

   Send the request from, or clearly include, the email address registered to your tvusage Remote account. A reason for deletion is optional.

2. 2

   Confirm your identity

   Codeseed support will send a confirmation email within five business days to verify your identity and confirm the request.

3. 3

   Account deletion begins

   Permanent account deletion may take up to five business days after verification.

4. 4

   Associated data is deleted

   Your account information, preferences, synced data, and all other data associated with your account are permanently deleted from Codeseed's servers. This cannot be recovered.

5. 5

   Receive final confirmation

   Codeseed support will send a final confirmation email when your account and its associated data have been deleted.
