Five steps to remove a linked TV

Find the TV Device ID
Open tvusage on your Android TV, then open the About screen. The About button is on the Home screen below Settings. Note the unique TV Device ID shown there.

Email your removal request
Include your registered email address and TV Device ID. A reason for removal is optional.

Confirm your identity
Codeseed support will send a confirmation email within five business days to verify your identity and confirm the device-removal request.

Device removal begins
Removing the linked TV device may take up to five business days after verification.

Receive final confirmation
Codeseed support will send a final confirmation email when the TV device has been removed from your tvusage Remote account.
